Care-frontation is a caring approach to confrontation that can help you overcome your reluctance to provide needed feedback. The motive of the best form of care-frontation is love for the other person, and the goal is to benefit the other person. The context must be trust, and it must be clear what behavior or perception is being addressed. Care-frontation is focused on the unique person you are helping and their unique situation, so it should never involve your own agenda or a political lecture.
